Continuous growth: curiosity, ability to learn, analytical approach and ability to solve problems
Specific performance:
Use technology to solve problems in life, or just work to write business code
Have their own little pieces
Have your own column or blog to document your study or project summary
Be sensitive to new technologies, invest a lot of time, and pay attention to the open source community
