Upgrade to use Substrate 2.0

Could change back to use frontier branch once that's updated.

Without this, it is practically impossible to use Substrate 2.0 & frontier together.

Updated frontier branch. Please pull!

Let's still follow master as I'd still expect we need some bug fixes / features that may take some time to make it into releases.
