MessageMonitor

隔段时间监听消息管道内的消息内容，如果存在则执行全部分发逻辑，适用于的场景：

  • Server重启（消息管道内存在消息数据）
  • 长时间不执行进行添加消息（消息管道内存在消息数据）
  • Client下线后重新上线，Server分发消息时没用找到健康的Client（消息管道内存在消息数据）
