A py3 script which is designed to download whole phytozome database(https://genome.jgi.doe.gov/portal/) with directory arranged.

How to use:

modify these codes in this script: data={} data['login']='XXXXX@XXXXX.com' #Replace this with you ACCOUNTNAME in phytozome.jgi.doe.gov账户名 data['password']='XXXXXXXXXX' #Replace this with you PASSWORD in phytozome.jgi.doe.gov密码

For english users, you can just repleace the code with #annoation code.

After editing, put the script in you destination folder.

python3 phytozomedownloaderV1.2.py
