同事能力比我弱：
1.比较难的功能我来做，技术难题我来解决。
2.其余不难的任务，我会告诉他功能的实现逻辑，或解决问题的思路。各尽所能，合作完成任务。

同事能力比我强：
1.工作中遇到技术难题应该先自主想办法解决。两小时之内搞不定，则应该主动寻求同事或上级帮助。毕竟项目工期有限，不能用太多时间来学习或试错。尽快保质保量完成任务、解决问题才是王道。
