这是他们的想法，你不能阻止。不管对你有没有影响，面试只要自信让他去背调就好。我面试时，HR也这么说的。有没有调查我不知道，但我知道他没有再要求我提供流水。（也许是为了看你当时反应，从其他方面判断吧。）

大一点的正规公司都会有这一步吧，确认候选人有没有造假之类的情况

确实都有，遇到过一次面试让提供流水，最后也是面试通过了，但是薪资不满意，基本上是看着上一家薪资调整的。不管怎么样，要对自己有比较清楚的认识，知道自己的定位，每次跳槽要达到自己预期才好。

稍微正规一点的公司都有,
对于这些我只能说, 身正不怕影子斜.
虽然我本身是不愿意的. 但没办法, 谁叫人家是爸爸
