最近学前端基础，三年做到前端自信，可以cover各种业务需求。。。等
基本上这道题还是考察面试者对自己的认识及规划，面试官也想借机会看看你的规划与公司的发展能不能同步以及有没有足够的空间给到你，总之，公司希望你是一个有目标的人，并且这个目标最好能帮助公司更好的发展。

目前在学：android原生，d3.js，flutter，egret游戏引擎

未来规划：前端向3D发展：WebGL，three.js，thing.js，egret3D。后端继续钻研框架，多练习算法和设计模式，加强计算机科学素养。反正往纯技术方向发展，对管理兴趣不大。
