概念
所谓web安全色，在不同的平台展示的效果和预期一致。举个例子，在mac和window展示的效果一致。
公式
WEB安全色的RGB值均为51的倍数。举个例子，rgb(0,0,51),rgb(0,0,102), rgb(0,0,153) 都是web安全色。
种类
216，某些平台只支持216种颜色。

为什么是51倍数，为什么某些平台只支持216种颜色，有空再研究。
