This removes the deprecated
StatefulElement.inheritFromElementmethod that has reached the EOL .StatefulElement.dependOnInheritedElementmethod should be used instead.Part of deprecations that are slated for removal for next release in https://flutter.dev/go/deprecation-lifetime
