I failed to install anaconda3 yesterday, showing Can't shim 'pythonw.exe': File doesn't exist.,and there is no soft connection named current in the anaconda3 folder.
I run the checkup command and it showed
WARN Windows Defender may slow down or disrupt installs with realtime scanning.
ERROR 'dark' is not installed! It's required for unpacking installers created with the WiX Toolset. Please run 'scoop install dark' or 'scoop install wixtoolset'.
so I run scoop install sudo and scoop install dark,it shows
Can't shim 'sudo.ps1': File doesn't exist. and Can't shim 'dark.exe': File doesn't exist.

Installing 'dark' (3.11.2) [64bit]
Loading dark-3.11.2.zip from cache
Checking hash of dark-3.11.2.zip ... ok.
Extracting dark-3.11.2.zip ... done.
Linking D:\Scoop\apps\dark\current => D:\Scoop\apps\dark\3.11.2
此时不应有 &。 (There should be no & at this time.)
Creating shim for 'dark'.
Can't shim 'dark.exe': File doesn't exist.

How to deal with this problem?
Thank you.

My cmd crashed after opening, and after I fixed the problem, sudo,darkandanaconda3 was installed smoothly.
The two registry keys below are not empty, causing cmd to open and crash.
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/Software/Microsoft/CommandProcessor/AutoRun
HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Software/Microsoft/CommandProcessor/AutoRun
Solution: delete these two key values or empty the content of AutoRun
