lerna publish 成功，npm发布失败

lerna publish 发布成功，已打成git tag, 但 npm publish 发布失败，官方暂时没提供什么好的解决方案，目前手动回退tag 。

用taobao源发布会出现 no_perms Private mode enable, only admin can publish this module: zet-component.解决办法切换 npm 官方源，但发布比较慢

可以用 nrm 快速切换源
